Tour Breakdown

Friday - Our journey north will have stops for refreshment, including the ever popular town of Moffat. We arrive at our hotel at Kinross in the early evening in time to freshen up before dinner.

Saturday - Today is scheduled for our visit to the Castle in Edinburgh to watch the spectacular Tattoo. We leave the hotel at midday to go to Edinburgh for a short sightseeing tour and the chance to have a meal before the show starts.

Sunday - After a full Scottish breakfast we travel into Edinburgh for a full day of sightseeing and shopping. We shall also be visiting the Royal Yacht Britannia. Then our coach will return us to our hotel in time for dinner.

Monday - An early breakfast will set you up for our journey home to the West Country with comfort stops en route.

Our Hotel

The Windlestrae Hotel, Kinross. Located in the country, close to Loch Leven, the hotel has a fitness centre with pool, solarium and Turkish steam bath. You can enjoy a drink in the Pampas Bar which looks out over the Scottish scenery. All rooms are en suite with TV, ironing station, hairdryer, direct dial telephone & hospitality tray.
