Tour Breakdown

Monday - Leaving the West Country we drive along the South Coast stopping en route for comfort stops. We arrive in Eastbourne late afternoon to be greeted with tea or coffee and a mince pie before settling in. Christmas Eve entertainment follow a carvery dinner.

Thuesday - Would you believe it, its Christmas Day. After a leisurely breakfast our coach will take us over Beachy Head and onto Brighton with its narrow streets and Regency Pavilion. We return to the hotel in good time to get ready for our Christmas carvery dinner. Turkey, crackers, Christmas pudding along with a complimentary glass of wine. Afterwards its party time and dancing in the ballroom.

Wednesday - A free day to explore Eastbourne. In the evening a quiz and Bingo to entertain us.

Thursday - A short day excursion to Hastings and Rye - two contrasting towns. The seaside resort of Hastings with its shingle beach, fishing boats and fish smoke houses. Rye, a historic Cinque Port with its lovely old narrow streets filled with shops. Its also market day. On our return to the hotel we get ready for New Years Eve dinner followed by entertainment and dancing in the ballroom. There is a fancy dress competition with a prize for the most original.

Friday - Sadly we leave Eastbourne and travel home to the West Country.
