Tour Breakdown

Monday - We have a leisurely drive from the West Country, and arrive at our hotel in good time to settle in. We will have tea and biscuits on arrival.

Tuesday - Christmas Eve. Full day to the Pembroke Peninsula, Haverfordwest and St David’s with its magnificent Cathedral. Back to the hotel to get ready for dinner and evening entertainment.

Wednesday - Christmas Day. After a leisurely breakfast we will have a half day in the neighboring resort of Tenby. Again, after dinner there will be evening entertainment.

Thursday - New Years Eve. A short day to Pendine Sands home of the early land speed record attempts and Laugharne – Dylan Thomas country. Tonight for dinner we hope you will be in fancy dress for the New Years entertainment. There’s a prize for the best dressed!

Friday - After a leisurely breakfast we make our way home, arriving early afternoon.

Our Hotel

The Merlewood Hotel is a purpose built hotel with a commanding position overlooking sea, beach and the village centre. The village is only 5 minutes walk away with shops, pubs and coffee shops. Set in its own grounds away from the main road. All rooms are en-suite TV, tea & coffee making facilities.
