Tour Breakdown

Monday - We have a leisurely drive from the West Country, stopping en route for our included lunch to arriving at our hotel in good time to settle in before dinner.

Excursions whilst in Saundersfoot:
Full day to exploring Pembrokeshire peninsula including Haverfordwest and St David’s with its magnificent Cathedral.

Half day to Tenby.

Short day to Pendine Sands, home of the early land speed record attempts and Laugharne, the home of Dylan Thomas.

Friday - Sadly we head home, travelling through the Brecon Beacons, stopping once again for our included lunch en route. Arriving in the West Country late afternoon.

Our Hotel

The Merlewood Hotel Saundersfoot is a purpose built hotel set in its own grounds in a commanding position overlooking the sea, beach and the village centre. In the village and is only 5 minutes walk away, there are shops, pubs, coffee shops. All rooms are ensuite with TV and tea & coffee making facilities.
