Edward Elgar River Severn Cruise

£629 per person, all outside cabins 

Cruise Itinerary

Sunday - Spend a few hours in Gloucester before casting off at 1700 and cruise up the River Severn mooring at Lower Lode, just south of Tewkesbury.

Monday - Cruise to Worcester where we moor up so you can visit the Cathedral or the many other local sights or just go shopping. Enjoy the Captain’s Cocktail party this evening.

Tuesday - Continue cruising up the Severn to Stourport, an attractive riverside town with newlyrefurbished lock basins, to explore after lunch.

Wednesday - After breakfast board a local coach to Bewdley and the Severn Valley Railway for a trip up to Bridgnorth. In the evening, we cruise to a riverside restaurant to dine ashore.

Thursday - Cruise back to Upton-upon-Severn to moor up for a short while so you can stroll into this pretty little town. In the afternoon we cruise onto Tewkesbury with time to visit the Norman Abbey and town.

Friday - Cruise back to Gloucester where you will have more time to visit the wide range of local sights, including the historic Docks, Cathedral & Designer Outlet centre before dinner and live entertainment.

Saturday - After a leisurely breakfast we say goodbye to our crew and make our way home to your local joining point.

Accomodation

The price includes 3 meals a day, morning games on deck, evening entertainment such as a quiz or live music and the captain and crew make customer safety and personal service their priority. The comfy, cosy accommodation provides all outside cabins with twin beds,  en suite sh/w.c. and climate control. There is a spacious saloon with small bar area, lounge restaurant area and spacious viewing and games deck.
